2027 CARE FEES
Care times & fees.
Our 2027 session fees remain unchanged from the August 2026 schedule. Our standard after-school session is 3:00–6:00pm; families who need a later pickup can book an extended session until 6:30pm for an additional charge. Choose permanent or casual care based on your family’s needs and availability.
7:00–9:00am
$20.00 per childDuring school terms. Before-school care is based in Block K.
3:00–6:00pm
$30.50 per childStandard after-school session during school terms.
3:00–6:30pm
$33.00 per childExtended after-school session. This is the total session fee, including the paid extension.
Casual booking fees
For occasional care, subject to an available place and prior arrangement with the Director.

Annual non-refundable fee: $50 for the first child, and $20 for each additional child.

CHILD CARE SUBSIDY (CCS)
Four easy steps to getting CCS.
Child Care Subsidy can help eligible families with their before- and after-school care fees. You apply through Centrelink; your OOSH enrolment at The Centre is a separate process.
Official CCS claim guide ↗Good to know: CCS is not automatic when you enrol at OOSH. Services Australia must approve your claim and your child’s care enrolment must be confirmed before CCS can be paid. Subsidy amounts depend on eligibility and family circumstances.
Apply through myGov
Sign in to myGov and open Centrelink. Choose Payments and claims → Claims → Make a claim → Families, then follow the Family Assistance questions. If you already receive CCS, check that your child is included in your claim.
Apply to The Centre
Complete our online HubWorks enrolment form. Provide the parent’s and child’s Centrelink Customer Reference Numbers (CRNs) and dates of birth as requested. Enter personal details in HubWorks, not in a website contact email.
Agree to your care arrangement
Review your Complying Written Arrangement (CWA) with The Centre, including the care sessions and fees. The person claiming CCS needs to be the person who enters into the CWA.
Confirm your enrolment
After the service submits your enrolment details, sign in to myGov → Centrelink → My family → Child Care → Enrolments (or follow the enrolment task), check the details and confirm them. See Services Australia’s guide.

Who can enrol at The Centre?
We currently provide care for children attending Westmead Public School. The Centre operates on the school grounds, with care spaces described in our flyer for different year groups.
What if I need after-school care until 6:30pm?
The standard afternoon session runs from 3:00–6:00pm. An extended session until 6:30pm is available for an additional charge. The 6:30pm price shown in the fee schedule is the total session cost, not an extra charge on top of that amount.
Can my child attend before school, after school, or both?
You can enquire about the sessions your family needs. Actual bookings are subject to availability and the service's booking arrangements.
Does submitting an application guarantee a place?
No. Your application is reviewed by the service, and our team will confirm availability and any further steps required.
What if I have questions before applying?
